All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify acceptance of your order, but confirms that we have received it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns and offer refunds for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please review our full Refund & Returns Policy for more details.
